Western Montana Addiction Services
1325 Wyoming St
Missoula, MT 59801
History and Mission
Western Montana Addiction Services received SAMHSA grant funding in early 2013 to assist in capacity building for Montana’s child serving agencies and professionals. As part of the Montana Co-Occurring Capacity Building project, WMAS has surveyed child serving agencies around the state in order to assess training needs and interests. The initially identified training topics and interests are included in these first few training opportunities; however your ongoing participation and feedback will guide the direction of future training/education, so please feel free to contact us with feedback, suggestions, or comments.
Current Training Offerings
Western Montana Addiction Services, in conjunction with Children's Mental Health Bureau, is proud to offer a free, one hour webinar series called Lunchtime Learning Series. The webinars will take place once a month, on Tuesdays, over the lunch hour. All participants that posses a LAC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT license will earn one continuing education credit for participating.
In addition to the webinar offerings, Western Montana Addiction Services facilitates and sponsors large trainings throughout the state of Montana. Please click the link below to view our current conference offerings.
