All clinic sites also offer adult clinical services, to include; chemical dependency evaluations, case management, intensive outpatient program (IOP), Level I relapse prevention, continuing care, DUI monitoring and other outpatient services including specialty group services for women, criminal offenders and individuals who are suffering from concurrent mental illness and addiction.
All clinical services are reviewed and licensed annually by the State of Montana. Public funds are available to offset the cost of services for consumers who are financially eligible (200% of poverty or lower). Services are billed to Medicaid, Healthy Montana Kids (HMK) and other insurances.
Chemical Dependency Evaluations
If you are seeking a chemical dependency evaluation, our intake is held on Tuesday mornings. The doors will open at 8:15 am. We have a limited number of spaces available and evaluations are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
Please bring the following items:
* If you have a pending DUI, Reckless Driving, Negligent Driving or Misdemeanor Drug charge (MDD) you will need to attend intake for ACT on Tuesday evening at 5:00 pm instead. For more information regarding the ACT program click here.
